This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application EFE AI Analysis (Package Name: com.efesai.efeanalysis), developed and operated by aliXefe / EFE AI Team ("we", "our", or "us").

We are firmly committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This policy clearly describes how our application operates, our strict zero-data-collection philosophy, how public video metrics are analyzed, and our compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

EFE AI Analysis does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.

All searches and favorite channels are stored locally on your own device using an encrypted local SQLite database (Room DB). You can clear this data at any time through the application settings or by clearing your device's app storage.

EFE AI Analysis is strictly a creator intelligence, channel analytics, and artificial intelligence consultancy application.

• Public Data Only: The app only reads publicly available channel metrics (such as public subscriber counts, public view counts, video titles, and channel description snippets).
• NO Video/Audio Downloading: The application does NOT download, store, rip, or redistribute any copyrighted video, audio, or media streams. It complies 100% with Google Play policies prohibiting YouTube downloaders.
• Independent Creator Tool: EFE AI Analysis is an independent developer tool created to help creators optimize their titles, thumbnails, and growth strategies. It is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google LLC.

Our AI Studio features two specialized conversational agents: efe-v1 (Universal Intelligence) and efe-v2 (YouTube Growth Strategist).

• Stateless Processing: Chat messages and prompts submitted to the AI Studio are processed via secure Cloudflare Edge routing and high-speed Groq AI endpoints solely to generate real-time responses.
• Zero Retention: We do not store, sell, or use your chat transcripts for advertising or model retraining.
• Daily Quota: Free tier users receive a daily message allowance (resetting automatically at midnight). Pro subscribers enjoy unrestricted access.

EFE AI Analysis offers optional VIP Pro Subscriptions:

• Monthly Pro Plan: ₺50.00 / month (Auto-renewing, cancel anytime).
• Yearly Pro Plan: ₺580.00 / year (Discounted annual billing).

Billing Terms: All financial transactions, billing, and subscription renewals are handled exclusively and securely by Google Play Billing (Google LLC). We never receive, process, or store your credit card, banking, or billing details.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store -> Payments & Subscriptions menu on your Android device.

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly ensure its deletion.

All communications between the application and our Cloudflare Edge infrastructure utilize industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS HTTPS encryption to ensure your queries cannot be intercepted or tampered with.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
